At the end of a long work day, it’s hard enough to get ourselves to exercise… go to the gym… go for a run… I know it’s the last thing I want to do if I’m tired. This past weekend, I took a trip to visit my family in central Florida. My parents, who have 4 dogs in their household, have a house conveniently located on a small lake.
